Tap into the generosity of nearby businesses to help you reward your social work staff for their hard work. In February, speak with the owners or managers of local eateries, salons, and shops about donating gift certificates. Try to get at least five—one for each week of March. Choose products that match up with them, such as a 3-Section Plate to go with a certificate from a restaurant and a Full Color Insulated Tumbler for a coffee shop.
